Tangents: Shoplifter and Hair Sculpture Have you ever seen the movie Blowdry? It’s about the annual British hairdressing competition coming to a small town… Yes, it’s cheesy, but still enjoyable. Did I mention it has Alan Rickman in it?? Whenever I think about hair sculptures (which isn’t very often), it reminds me of that movie. Shoplifter (aka Alison) creates various hair sculptures that can be worn as full body costumes. She also created the one that Bjork wears on the cover of Medulla. Factoid: They’re both Icelandic.
